Bold Care is looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
to own and scale paid growth across
Blinkit, Zepto & Instamart
.

What You’ll Own
- Conduct daily audits of quick-commerce marketing accounts and identify performance gaps.
- Monitor ad spends, conversions, share of voice and derive actionable insights.
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns across quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage SKU-level budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
- Analyze organic performance across platforms and SKUs to shape paid strategies.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budget planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product,



Sales and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners for marketing activations.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience
in Amazon PPC and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of
Amazon & Quick Commerce
.
- Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in
Excel, dashboards and marketing tools
.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
