Role

Lead Soulflower's performance marketing across
Meta, Google, and Marketplace Collaborative Ads (CPAS)
to drive profitable, scalable growth. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on performance marketer who can define strategy, optimize campaigns, challenge agencies, and ensure every marketing rupee delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Own performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and marketplace channels.
- Lead campaigns across Meta (Advantage+, Catalog, DPA, Prospecting, Retargeting, Creator Ads) and Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display).
- Scale Collaborative Ads (CPAS) across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
- Build channel plans covering budgets, audiences, bidding, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Manage agencies with clear KPIs, regular reviews, and solid accountability.
- Audit campaign structures, tracking, attribution, audience quality, and optimization opportunities.
- Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROAS,



profitability, and growth.
- Partner with Creative, D2C, Marketplace, and Analytics teams to improve conversion, AOV, retention, and contribution margin.
- Build a structured creative testing and scaling framework.
- Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Merchant Center, and marketplace analytics.
- Deliver actionable weekly business reviews with insights, decisions, and growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, AI-driven automation, and emerging advertising trends.
