Role Description

The Field Operations & Language Documentation Associate is a full time, on-site role based in
HYDERABAD
. This role involves coordinating and executing field operations, including visiting healthcare settings, engaging with patients and professionals, and collecting user-generated inputs in a structured manner. The associate will document language and real-world expressions used by patients, ensure accurate transcription and categorization,



and support the training and refinement of AI models. Day-to-day tasks include planning and tracking field activities, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, and preparing reports that help improve platform performance and data quality. The role requires close collaboration with product, data, and clinical teams to ensure that field insights are accurately captured and translated into actionable improvements.
