Job Description

Role:

· Lead solution discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation of scalable marketing technology solutions across

the MarTech ecosystem.

· Design, optimize, and govern marketing automation capabilities across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Sales

Cloud, including customer journeys, segmentation, lead management, lead scoring, nurture programs, consent

management, and campaign execution.

· Support MarTech strategy and roadmap for SFMC, identifying opportunities for innovation, platform optimization, and

business growth through business requirements.

· Partner closely with IT, Engineering, Sales Enablement, Privacy, Legal, and business stakeholders to optimize lead lifecycle

processes, improve lead quality, strengthen sales and marketing alignment, and maximize conversion and ROI.

· Help establish governance frameworks, best practices, and operational standards for marketing automation, data

management, workflow design, and platform usage.

· Lead end-to-end project delivery, including prioritization, scope management,



stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation,

dependency management, and successful execution.

· Drive user adoption through onboarding, training, enablement programs, documentation, and change management

initiatives that build organizational capability and platform maturity.

All About You:

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

· Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree

preferred.

· 10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, CRM platforms, or

related disciplines.

· Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content

Builder, and Audience Builder, with working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud. SFMC certification preferred.

· Proven experience designing and implementing marketing automation solutio
