Job Title: DC Commercial Executive

Role Purpose

To manage the commercial and financial operations of Distribution Centres (DCs), ensuring effective cost control, budget adherence, and commercial compliance while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control depot operating costs against budgets.
- Track key cost drivers such as manpower, transportation, rentals, utilities, security, housekeeping, and other warehouse expenses.




- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and vendors for issue resolution and smooth commercial processes.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards on depot costs and performance.
- Support monthly closing activities, accruals, and budget/forecast exercises.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial efficiency and governance.
- Assist in commercial negotiations where required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial finance, warehouse finance, supply chain finance, or depot operations.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, or warehousing will be an added advantage
