THE APPOINTMENT

As Chief Marketing & Sales Officer — India
, you will assume responsibility for the Institute's commercial growth and market development across India.





Working directly with the Founder, you will help define how Heisenberg enters the market, establishes authority, builds strategic relationships, and becomes a trusted destination for serious AI education and professional development.

You will have significant autonomy—and equally significant accountability.

Your mandate will extend beyond acquiring students.

You will help build a brand, a market, a network, and a scalable institution.

YOUR MANDATE

You will lead the Institute's commercial agenda across five principal areas:

Market Development
- Define and execute Heisenberg's national commercial strategy.
- Identify high-value market segments and establish routes to sustainable growth.
- Develop the Institute's positioning across skilled, executive, enterprise, academic, and institutional markets.

Revenue & Growth
- Build scalable enrollment and revenue channels across the Institute's programs.
