Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate (HR) at AICines.ai is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization in a remote capacity.



This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job descriptions across relevant channels, sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, and managing applicant pipelines. The Talent Acquisition Associate coordinates and conducts initial screening calls, organizes interviews, and ensures a smooth and qualified candidate experience from first contact through offer negotiation and onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment records, communicating regularly with stakeholders, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and improving hiring processes based on data and feedback. This position also supports HR-related activities such as onboarding documentation, HR systems updates, and helping refine talent acquisition strategies aligned with AICines.ai’s growth in the AI and media technology space.
