Role Description
The Account Manager role at ScrollMeals is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The person in this role will manage relationships with restaurant and food partners, ensure their satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication. Responsibilities include onboarding new partners, monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues,



and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product to support partner growth. The Account Manager will track contract terms, handle basic negotiations, gather feedback, and translate partner needs into actionable insights. This role also involves preparing regular reports, participating in planning meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand ScrollMeals’ partner network and enhance service quality.
