We're looking for a Project Management Intern to support the planning, execution, and tracking of engineering projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time while improving visibility through dashboards, automation, and data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and tracking engineering projects
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and action trackers
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement teams
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to automate project management processes and reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO
Required Skills
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of project management principles
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with project management tools like jira , teamgantt, ms project etc
- Google Workspace
- Basic Python or scripting for automation
AI-Enabled Project Management
We extensively use Claude to improve project planning, reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, risk analysis, and workflow automation. Candidates should be comfortable using AI to improve productivity while ensuring accuracy and sound judgment.
