We are looking for a Customer Care Executive – Technical to join our support team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer complaints and service requests through phone calls and other communication channels.

· Coordinate with field engineers and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

· Follow up with customers and field teams to ensure complaints are resolved within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).

· Maintain proper records and provide timely updates on complaint status.

· Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team when required.

· Ensure a skilled and customer-friendly approach while handling complaints.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of Networking concepts, including:

o TCP/IP

o LAN & WAN

o Modems/Routers

o Network Switches

o Basic troubleshooting

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.





· Willingness to work according to SLA requirements.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and field engineers.

Eligibility

· Bachelor’s Degree in any stream is mandatory.

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Candidates with experience in customer support, technical support, ISP, telecom, or networking will be an added advantage.

· Candidates should have a willingness to learn and develop their technical and customer-support skills.

· Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts as required.
