We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to build and own Closr's US and UK Sales & Leadership Search desk.
This role comes with a very clear mandate:
Win clients. Build relationships. Bring in mandates. Close searches. Grow your desk.
You won't be joining to inherit a list of requirements and work them as a delivery recruiter. We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated that they can originate recruitment business, develop accounts and convert relationships into revenue. They should have their own rolodex of clients, in SaaS, IT Services, new age tech.
What you'll own
You'll have end-to-end responsibility for your market, including:
- Identifying and winning current US and UK clients
- Building relationships with Founders, CEOs, CROs, CHROs and Talent leaders
- Bringing in Sales and Leadership mandates
- Taking and shaping client briefs
- Running searches and managing candidates through to closure
- Developing new accounts into repeat business
- Owning the commercial performance of your desk
You will
not
have to build everything alone.
Closr already has a dedicated data and sourcing function, LinkedIn Recruiter infrastructure, an international candidate database and an established recruitment team. You'll be able to use that engine to support your searches while you spend more of your time building relationships, assessing candidates and closing business. We also have some of the best sourcing tools in the business.
Who we're looking for
This role will suit someone who can demonstrate personal billings and client origination, ideally within permanent recruitment or executive search.
We'd particularly like to speak with recruiters who have sold into the
US and/or UK markets
and have experience hiring across:
Sales Leadership | Enterprise Sales | SaaS Sales | IT Services Sales | Business Development | Customer Success | Commercial Leadership | C-suite / Functional Leadership
