Role Description
The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Surat, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment at customer locations. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues,



and providing timely technical support to ensure minimal equipment downtime. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and service documentation, completing service reports, and following established quality and safety procedures. The Field Services Engineer interacts regularly with customers to explain equipment operation, address service concerns, and ensure a professional, customer-focused experience. Occasional travel within the region may be required to support multiple client sites.
