We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who can professionally handle and grow our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and be capable of managing the account independently on a day-to-day basis.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how Amazon works beyond basic listing and order processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete Amazon Seller Central account.
- Monitor and maintain Account Health, Seller Performance and customer metrics.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, backend search terms and images.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer issues.
- Manage and monitor inventory, FBA/FBM stock and replenishment requirements.
- Handle Amazon suppression, stranded inventory, listing errors and other Seller Central issues.
- Raise and follow up on Seller Support cases until proper resolution.
- Monitor product performance, sales, traffic,



conversion rate and other key account metrics.
- Coordinate with the PPC/Advertising team and monitor campaign performance where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, rankings, conversion and overall account performance.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing and market trends.
- Ensure all listings and account activities comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales, inventory and performance reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse/packing teams to ensure smooth order processing and inventory availability.
- Identify account problems proactively and take corrective action.
