We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to manage and coordinate the execution of interior works as per approved architectural and interior design drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day interior execution of assigned projects
* Translate approved drawings and specifications into site execution
* Coordinate with architects, site engineers, supervisors, contractors and vendors
* Prepare and monitor execution schedules
* Ensure timely availability of manpower and materials
* Track project progress against planned timelines
* Identify and resolve execution issues and drawing-related discrepancies
* Monitor quality and workmanship at site
* Coordinate measurements, snagging and rectification works
* Submit regular progress reports to the Interior Execution Head
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Highrise Residential Building: 4 years (Required)
