Job Overview

We are looking for a
Tender & Sales Coordinator
to support the sales team in tender management, quotation preparation, order processing, customer coordination, and commercial documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing tender processes and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution from enquiry to order and payment closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tender and bid process from enquiry to submission.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, proforma invoices, and other sales documentation.
- Handle tender documentation and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Coordinate with customers and internal sales teams regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and updates.
- Process and track sales orders and coordinate with logistics/operations teams for timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments,



and outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, tenders, orders, customer details, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with finance and internal teams for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Support the sales team with MIS reports, sales updates, and other administrative requirements.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution through coordination with relevant departments.
- Assist with bank guarantees, EMDs, tender fees, and other commercial/tender-related documentation where required.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and maintain proper documentation for audits and records.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in
Sales Coordination, Tender Management, Bid Management, or Sales Support
.
- Hands-on experience in
quotation preparation and tender documentation
.
- Experience with
GeM, CPPP, government tenders, or similar tender portals
