Responsibilities
- Post jobs and source candidates across multiple channels
- Work with the team to understand role requirements clearly
- Shortlist, screen and coordinate interviews end-to-end
- Run recruitment across all levels: labour, supervisors, staff and managers
- Run recruitment across all departments: harvesting, packing, maintenance, growing and more
- Build a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Observe teams on the ground to understand real people and performance issues
- Take ownership of people problems on the floor and help resolve them
- Support supervisors in addressing attendance, discipline and performance issues
- Work with leadership to improve retention and reduce avoidable turnover
- Flag low performers and high-potential staff within the current team




- Track straightforward but meaningful people metrics and report to leadership

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and people operations
- Extremely hands-on and results-oriented this is not a desk role
- Comfortable with both blue-collar and white-collar hiring
- Not afraid of physical work environments (farm, production, warehouse)
- A quick learner who can figure things out with limited hand-holding
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, dairy, poultry, logistics, warehousing or similar industries strongly preferred
