Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR department. As the go-to person for all employee-related matters, you will be responsible for aligning our HR initiatives with the companys strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws, a knack for talent acquisition, and the ability to cultivate a positive corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Develop an engaging and comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires seamlessly integrate into the company culture.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other workplace issues.
- Proactively resolve employee relations matters through thorough investigations, conflict resolution, and guidance.
- Nurture a positive working environment and champion company values through team-building activities and engagement surveys.
3. Performance Management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and continuous feedback.
