We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow ATF Tester
with robust hands-on experience in
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases for ServiceNow applications and customizations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, testing methodologies, regression testing, and ATF test automation..

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using
ServiceNow ATF
.
- Create and maintain
ATF Tests, Test Suites, Test Steps, Step Configurations, and Assertions
.
- Develop reusable and parameterized automated test cases to improve regression test coverage.
- Automate functional and regression testing for ServiceNow applications and customizations.
- Validate UI functionality, forms, lists, workflows, business rules, catalog items, approvals, and notifications.




- Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow processes and workflows.
- Create ATF test cases for modules such as
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, and Service Catalog
.
- Execute automated test suites following ServiceNow upgrades, patches, releases, and deployments.
- Analyze failed ATF test results, logs, screenshots, and execution details to identify defects.
- Troubleshoot test failures and collaborate with developers, administrators, BAs, and functional teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated regression test suites when ServiceNow configurations or customizations change.
- Create test data and reusable test components wherever required.
- Participate in test planning, test case reviews, defect management, and release validation.
