Hands-on engineer with at least two years of practical Flowable design and modelling experience and solid Java/Spring Boot capabilities. The candidate should have experience designing and implementing complex BPMN/CMMN workflows, Flowable Forms, human tasks, REST API integrations, authentication using OAuth/JWT, and troubleshooting Flowable environments. Experience with microservices, database internals, and custom UI/dashboard development is advantageous. The role requires robust communication, stakeholder interaction, agile delivery experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust functional and non-functional workflow solutions. For India-based candidates, regular physical presence in the UBS Pune office is required.
