Responsibilities
- IT Tools and application : Knowledge of IT tools and applications and related procedures for given setting and ability to apply this knowledge and/or perform the function management to provide high quality operational services
- Systems and Technology : Ability to update the system administration and provide necessary maintenance. Ability to execute regular systems integrity checks. Ability to diagnose origin of system problems and provide solution suggestions as well as select and implement (new) systems and upgrades when necessary.
- Incident Management: Understand incident classifications and tiers, ability to report and record incidents in relevant incident recording platform. Ability to develop incident investigation scope and perform incident investigation, using root cause analysis methodologies.
