Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Wibi Sales Coordination Executive to support our Online Sales and Showroom Sales teams by ensuring seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will handle product inquiries, monitor stock availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status, while providing exceptional support to internal teams and B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for Online Sales and Showroom Sales teams.
- Respond promptly to product-related inquiries, pricing requests, and stock availability checks.
- Follow up on order status, estimated delivery timelines (ETA), and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and other internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support B2B partners, including FCC, TwentyFive, WireGCC, and other business partners by providing timely information and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders,



and follow-up activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales teams, business partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely order processing.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiry status, pending orders, and coordination activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in mobile retail, e-commerce, or consumer electronics.
- Experience supporting sales teams, coordinating with warehouse and purchasing departments, and managing stock, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
