Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor s/master s in mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in the durability CAE domain.
- Good Experience of CAE Pre/Post solver work (ANSA, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, META).
- Expertise analysis and evaluation of durability load cases.
- Experience in handling durability CAE models for full vehicle or assembly specific.
- Solid theoretical knowledge of durability concepts, physics, and engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent in durability CAE analysis for complex systems (powertrain, driveline, full vehicle).
- Expected expertise:
o Modal analysis
o 1G Static
o 1G FRF (Frequency Response Function)
o Vibration fatigue analysis
o Optimization studies
- Countermeasure proposals for durability issues
- Validate correctness of CAE results independently and propose design solutions.
- Summarize evaluations and deliver results to project leaders.
- Contribute knowledge management and process improvements.
- Support client requirements with technical expertise in durability domain.
Core Skills
- Essential: Ansa Modeling, Solver proficiency (Nastran/Abaqus), META post-processing, counter measures.
- Desirable: Morphing, FE mesh modifications for design alternatives, FE modifications without CAD
- Software: ANSA, META, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, CATIA.
- Relationship Skills: Clear communication, quick learning, client interaction.
