Accountant – D J Associates

D J Associates is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Accountant to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience who has a robust understanding of day-to-day accounting operations and is comfortable working with Tally and ERP accounting software.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, supporting routine accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all accounting transactions are properly recorded and maintained. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to manage accounting tasks efficiently within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales,



purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting entries.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and related financial documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records regularly.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial statements, reports, and accounting summaries.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, complete, and properly supported by relevant documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and maintain proper records.
- Assist with routine bookkeeping and general ledger activities.
- Handle and maintain financial documents in an organized and systematic manner.
