About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage B2B demand-generation campaigns for global clients.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining customer relationship management, campaign execution, reporting, and business reviews. You will translate client requirements into campaign plans, coordinate with Operations, monitor delivery, analyze performance, and present insights and recommendations to clients.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in creating executive-quality presentations, QBRs, Excel reports, and campaign-performance dashboards. You must be able to turn campaign data into a clear story—not simply copy numbers into slides.

Key responsibilities
- Own B2B demand-generation campaigns from client brief through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and agency partners
- Understand targeting requirements, including accounts, personas, industries, geographies, lead criteria and timelines
- Translate client requirements into transparent instructions for Operations and delivery teams




- Conduct campaign kick-off calls and provide regular progress updates
- Monitor campaign pacing, lead delivery, quality and deadlines
- Identify delivery risks early and develop practical recovery plans
- Manage client questions, changes, escalations and lead-replacement requests
- Maintain accurate campaign and opportunity information in Salesforce
- Create and maintain campaign trackers, dashboards and performance reports
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable insights
- Build professional monthly, quarterly and annual business-review presentations
- Lead QBR meetings and confidently present campaign results, challenges, recommendations and next steps
- Convert complex campaign data into clear, visually effective PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations
