Position Overview

This role owns the full implementation lifecycle for the company's enterprise products — from environment readiness through UAT, production go-live, and post-production stabilization — across on-premise, private-cloud,



and customer-managed cloud environments. The engineer works directly with customer infrastructure, security, database, networking, and application teams, serving as the technical bridge between the company's platform and complex enterprise deployments. Success is measured by the ability to independently drive implementations end-to-end with minimal escalation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure the company's enterprise products across on-premise, private-cloud, and customer-managed cloud environments, owning the full stack from compute and storage to DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and TLS certificates.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, Docker Swarm, or ECS.
- Configure and troubleshoot REST APIs, TLS/MTLS, proxies, IP whitelisting, VPN/private connectivity, and authentication mechanisms across customer environments.
