What You'll Actually Own

*End-to-End Recruitment*
- Own the full hiring pipeline for each role - sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer roll-out
- Hire across functions: technical (engineering, QA, product, data) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations, customer success)
- Hire across seniority: freshers to senior-level, and everything in between




- Ensure zero drop-offs in pipeline - every candidate has a status, every role has momentum

*Sourcing & Candidate Experience*
- Go beyond job boards - LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, boolean search, referrals, alumni networks, campus connects
- Build real relationships with candidates, not transactional pipelines
- Ensure every candidate who interacts with Saleshandy leaves with a positive impression - regardless of outcome

*Hiring Operations & Data*
- Keep Gohire updated, accurate, and insightful - hiring data should tell a story, not just track stages
- Maintain hiring dashboards, pipeline reports, and offer documentation with precision
- Track your own metrics: time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate - before anyone asks you to
