Position description: #Handle inward of faulty materials received from SI, Farmers, and Service Engineers (SE).

Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward materials in the system/register.

Plan and execute the dispatch of modules and motor pumps as per service requirements.

Coordinate the dispatch of faulty materials to OEMs for repair and track the status.

Ensure timely receipt and verification of repaired/replacement materials from OEMs.

Prepare and manage SI FOC (Free of Cost) material documentation.

Execute Service Engineers material plans and ensure proper reservation of stock.

Share inward slips and dispatch plans with the stores team via email.

Maintain proper documentation and inventory control to avoid discrepancies.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies in all store operations.#
