As a Assistant Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all licensing-related day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and timelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely renewals, and regular updates of all licenses, permits, and regulatory records.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, auditors, and other stakeholders to handle licensing, inspections, and approvals.
- Supervise, coordinate, and guide the site team to achieve operational goals efficiently and maintain high productivity standards.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, promoting discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance procedures and operational processes.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of site operations, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.




- Monitor adherence to company policies and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Maintain a qualified and presentable demeanor while representing the organization in meetings and official interactions.
- Regularly prepare and present detailed progress reports to management on licensing status, team performance, compliance issues, and operational challenges.
- Act as a bridge between management and the site team to ensure seamless communication and implementation of directives.

Required Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Operations Management, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with professional certifications in Regulatory Compliance, Quality Management, or Project Management will be preferred.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, compliance, licensing, or regulatory roles.
