Brief & Role

We’re looking for an experienced PPC Strategist to join our fast-growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just manage campaigns but owns the strategy, identifies what’s not working, and knows exactly how to fix it.

You’ll lead paid media efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads for a mix of eCommerce and high-ticket service-based clients. From audits and campaign structures to creative coordination and strategic scaling this role is for a thinker and a doer.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and support our PPC Executive, ensuring strong client performance, clarity in communication, and consistency in delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities




- Build and lead
multi-platform PPC strategies
that align with business goals (ROAS, CPA, Revenue, CPL, etc.)
- Perform in-depth
audits
of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts and provide improvement roadmaps
- Strategically plan and optimize campaigns (Search, PMax, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Meta Campaigns)
- Collaborate with internal teams for
ad copy, creative reviews, and landing page suggestions
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns with
data-backed action plans
- Participate in or lead
client calls
, providing clarity on strategy, optimizations, and next steps
- Translate client objectives into
performance-focused ad strategies
- Train, support, and mentor junior PPC team members
- Stay ahead of platform changes, testing new campaign types and bidding strategies

Skills & Characteristics
- 3–5 years of proven experience
in PPC strategy and campaign management
- Solid knowled
