Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Store Manager role based in Siliguri. The Store Manager leads day-to-day store operations, including supervising team members, managing scheduling, and ensuring the store is well-presented and fully stocked. The role oversees sales performance, drives customer engagement, and ensures each visitor receives professional, personalized guidance on Apple products and services.



Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, handling escalated customer issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Store Manager also collaborates with senior leadership to execute promotional activities, training initiatives, and process improvements that support business growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Store Management skills, including team leadership, operations oversight, and basic inventory control.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver consistent, high-quality in-store experiences.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interactions with customers, team members, and management.
- Candidates should possess awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage
