Role Description

The Recruitment Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Jammu. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interview processes. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting initial assessments, and supporting hiring managers with interview scheduling and feedback collection. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records,



communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, and assisting with onboarding activities as needed. The Recruitment Associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess effective Screening and Interviewing skills to evaluate qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Candidates should have clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination is beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HR documentation is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jammu, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
