1. JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth movement of client requirements from initial enquiry to order closure, production handover, delivery and installation.

The role requires strong coordination between clients, designers, sales managers, production, PPC, design, engineering, accounts, logistics and installation teams while maintaining a premium level of communication and service expected from a luxury furniture brand.

The Sales Coordinator will ensure that all sales-related information, quotations, orders, client communications, documentation and follow-ups are accurate, timely and properly recorded.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Sales & Client Coordination




- Act as the central coordination point between the Sales Team and internal departments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, approvals, orders and payments.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, showroom visits and product discussions.
- Maintain qualified and timely communication with clients through email, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and ensure the same are accurately communicated to the concerned Sales/Design Team.
- Maintain a high level of client experience aligned with the company's luxury brand positioning.
- Ensure all client commitments are properly documented and followed through.

B. Enquiry & Lead Management
- Record and maintain all new enquiries received through showroom visits, calls, references, digital channels and other sources.
