About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will be a strategic partner to business leadership, responsible for shaping and executing the people's agenda across Head Office and Retail channels. The role focuses on enabling business growth through effective workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and culture building. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving high-performance practices while ensuring strong employee engagement, governance, and compliance in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies and actionable HR initiatives.

Lead workforce planning, organization design, role clarity, job architecture, and succession planning

Support end-to-end talent acquisition to ensure timely and high-quality hiring for critical roles.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and culture-building initiatives aligned with business values.

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling,



and disciplinary processes.

Provide HR analytics, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven people decisions.

Design, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks.

Support change management initiatives linked to organizational growth and transformation.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

15+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in Cosmetics / FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beauty & Personal Care, Retail, or high growth startup environments.

MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in employee relations and managing complex people matters.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on exposure to HR metrics, dashboards,
