HR Intern – Learning & Development

About the Role

Waste Warriors Society is looking for an HR Intern – Learning & Development to join the HR Team and gain hands-on experience in supporting employee learning, training, and development initiatives. This internship offers an opportunity to work across the end-to-end learning lifecycle while contributing to HR and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying employee learning and development needs.
- Support the planning and maintenance of training calendars.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programmes.
- Coordinate with trainers, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Support in preparing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms.
- Track training attendance and employee participation.
- Maintain learning records and trackers through Zoho Creator (Saksham).
- Assist in preparing L&D; reports, dashboards, and presentations.




- Research learning resources and support employee development initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end coordination for L&D; interventions, from planning and execution to follow-up and reporting.

Skills Required
- Good communication and written skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint will be preferred
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Aptitude for working with digital platforms, portals, and software applications.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
- Interest in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
