POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – Hospitality Sales to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities across the assigned region.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Hospitality Sales, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or B2B Sales, with exposure to Hotels, Hotel Chains, Resorts, Hospitality Projects, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Developers, and Institutional Clients.
The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, generating high-value project opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving regional sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire recent business opportunities across Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, and Hospitality Projects.
- Conduct market mapping to identify upcoming hospitality and commercial projects.
- Generate new leads through networking, references, market intelligence, and industry relationships.
- Drive project and institutional sales from lead generation to final order closure.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and account expansion.
Hospitality & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hotel Owners, Hotel Chains, Purchase/Procurement Teams, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Developers, and Project Stakeholders.
- Manage strategic and key accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
