About the Role

We are looking for a
creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media Intern
to support our digital marketing and brand communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and be willing to experiment with recent content formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media profiles across
LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
.
- Create engaging
posts, captions, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional content
.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, content formats, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute a
weekly/monthly social media content calendar
.
- Assist in increasing
brand awareness, engagement, reach, and followers
.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages,



and maintain positive brand communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in promoting
training programs, workshops, internships, events, and educational initiatives
.
- Track competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or a related field
.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Good
written and verbal communication skills
.
- Creative mindset with an eye for content, design, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of
Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools
is preferred.
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience managing a social media page or personal content account is an
