About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.



The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and screening skills, a good understanding of technical roles, and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and ATS databases.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
- Recruit for roles across areas such as Software Development, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future IT requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations through the hiring
