Role Description
The Chemist, R&D; and Operation Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Roorkee. The role involves planning and conducting laboratory experiments to develop and optimize advanced electrolytes and adsorbent materials for energy and environmental applications. The chemist will manage day-to-day lab operations, including handling chemicals, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.



Responsibilities include analyzing experimental data, preparing technical reports, supporting quality control of materials and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on scale-up and production activities. The role also requires participation in continuous improvement initiatives, documentation of procedures, and coordination with management to meet project timelines and operational targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience with chemical handling, synthesis, and instrumentation in a research or industrial setting.
