About The Role
We are looking for a
highly driven Manager – Client Acquisition
to join our
Debt Syndication / Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
team.
The role is focused on
acquiring corporate clients,
originating debt mandates and driving transactions in the ₹50 crore–₹500+ crore range
.
The ideal candidate will have solid relationships with
Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Heads and Corporate Decision-Makers
, along with a sound understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis and debt structuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and acquire new corporate clients for debt fundraising.
- Build and maintain relationships with Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance professionals.
- Identify corporate funding requirements across:
- Term Loans
- Working Capital
- Structured Debt
- NCDs / Bonds
- Refinancing
- Acquisition Finance
- Project Finance
- Private Credit / Structured Finance
- Understand the client's business, funding requirement, capital structure and repayment capacity.
- Analyse financial statements, CMA data, projections and cash flows.
- Evaluate key credit parameters including Debt/Equity, Net Debt/EBITDA,
