Job Description – Retail Supervisor

Role Overview:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for supervising the retail team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the retail section. The role involves managing staff, monitoring sales activities, assisting customers, maintaining product displays and ensuring proper stock handling. The supervisor will also support the team in achieving sales targets and handle sales operations when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the retail team and allocate daily duties.
- Monitor daily sales activities and support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with billing and sales activities whenever required.




- Monitor stock availability, product displays and replenishment.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and presentation of the retail area.
- Coordinate with the management regarding sales, stock and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain basic daily sales and stock reports.
- Train and guide team members on retail procedures and customer service.
- Ensure company policies and retail procedures are followed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
