Position: Bartender

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Location: Mulund, Thane

Shift- 9 hours shift

Break shift (3-4 hours break)

One weekly off

Food & accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain proper bar setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Take beverage orders accurately and provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of bar inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Handle bar equipment and glassware safely.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth operations.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of bar hygiene and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
