Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Windows-based applications using C++.
- Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Enhance applications, fix defects and optimize performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with QA, business and support teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.




- Support production deployments and post-release activities.
- Mentor junior developers when required.

Requirements
- 8+ years of C++ application development experience
- Hands-on Embarcadero C++Builder experience – Mandatory
- Strong Windows application development experience
- Strong OOP knowledge
- 3+ years of SQL and Stored Procedures
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with CST time-zone overlap
