We are looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counselor who can guide prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and contribute to the academy’s admissions and enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and working professionals.
- Understand the learner’s educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide detailed counseling about available courses, training structure, duration, and career opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Manage the complete counseling process from initial enquiry to enrollment.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions in the CRM.
- Handle objections related to course fees, duration, career opportunities, and other concerns professionally.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents where required.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to provide accurate course-related information.
- Monitor the performance of junior academic counselors and support them in achieving their targets.
- Conduct regular follow-up reviews and guide the counseling team on lead conversion strategies.
- Prepare daily and weekly admission reports for management.
- Identify potential areas for improving lead conversion and admission processes.
- Ensure a positive and skilled experience for every prospective learner.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, educational sales, admissions, inside sales, or a related field.
