Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented API 6D Valve Design Engineer with solid experience in valve design, engineering calculations, and product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing API-compliant valves, ensuring product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop API 6D Ball Valves, Plug Valves, and API 609 Butterfly Valves based on customer specifications and industry requirements.
- Perform engineering calculations including pressure, stress, sealing, torque, and design validation calculations.
- Prepare and review General Arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Ensure compliance with API 6D, API 609, and other applicable international standards and codes.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Project teams to support product development and execution.
- Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.




- Support product customization, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and testing activities.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience in API 6D Valve Design.
- Expertise in engineering calculations and design validation.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Good understanding of valve components, materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly practices.
- Knowledge of international valve standards and industry codes.
