Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Inslab Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave,



payroll coordination, etc.)
- Foster a positive working environment and employee engagement initiatives
- Support management in organizational development and change management

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Experience in handling payroll and HRMS tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
