The HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring, administering pay, advantages, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Ensures that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices.

Is a software company that focuses with people management software solutions such as Human Resource Management System, Health and Wellness System, Queuing, Document Tracker, Help Desk Management, etc. The company is capable of developing other software solutions as the needs of its valued clients arise. Its Systems Development Department is responsible for the design, creation and development of quality software solutions through the support of trained, developed and well managed pool of programmers and quality assurance team members for its business value creation. The company, with its on-going business expansion, is currently increasing its resources to support the product development in compliance to the increasing requirements of its current pool of clients.





Role Accountabilities
- Assist in the day-to-day tasks of the HRD.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Assist in the processing of timekeeping.
- Ensure smooth implementation of wellness, recreational, and retention programs for employees.
- Assist in all company-wide events and programs.
- Process performance evaluation of employees.
- Identify and assess key trainings that are needed by the employees.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge Skills: At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the IT or Software Development industry. Can work well with people in different levels of the Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has excellent interpersonal and organization skills, Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.- Can work onsite in our office at Noida.
