Ethera is a fast-growing lab grown diamond jewellery brand building a network of experience-led stores across India. As we expand our store footprint, on-ground marketing is central to how we drive footfall and build local awareness turning every store into a moment in its community. This role owns that on-ground engine.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Retail Marketing Associate to take end-to-end ownership of BTL (below-the-line) marketing across the Ethera store network running campaigns, managing vendors, coordinating internal teams, and creating real, local awareness around each store. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who likes being in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- BTL campaign ownership:

End-to-end planning and execution of all BTL campaigns, from brief to on-ground rollout to post-campaign reporting.
- Vendor management:

Onboard and manage printers, fabricators, activation agencies, promoters, and event partners; own timelines, quality, and cost.




- Cross-functional coordination:

Work with store ops, retail, brand, and design teams to ensure every activity happens on time and as planned, flagging risks early.
- On-ground awareness:

Build local awareness and footfall through activations, local partnerships, and neighbourhood-level marketing.
- Events & activations:

Plan and execute store launches, events, and experiential activations end to end.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in retail marketing, BTL, or activations — ideally with a strong network.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and locations.
- A bias for execution and follow-through on details.
- Good stakeholder skills to align internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel to stores, activations, and events; budget-conscious.
- Preferred: an existing network of BTL/activation vendors, promoters,
