About The Role
The US Medical Billing Specialist - Payment Posting & Accounts Receivable (Day Shift) is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, offering partial work-from-home flexibility to accommodate a balanced work environment. This position is integral to the revenue cycle management process, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments from insurance carriers and patients into the billing system.



The specialist will be responsible for reconciling daily deposits, identifying underpayments or incorrect postings, and managing accounts receivable activities to optimize cash flow. The role requires close collaboration with insurance companies, internal teams, and clients to resolve claim denials, follow up on unpaid claims, and ensure compliance with US healthcare billing standards. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented approach, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to support the company's commitment to delivering high-quality financial management services.

Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with US healthcare documentation practices.
