Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective management and maintenance of material master data in the PT systems
- Planning, implementing and the optimization of processes related to material master data as well as ensuring data
- quality and integrity
- Working closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that material master data meets business
- requirements and ensures the smooth functioning of logistical and financial processes
- Implement a continuous improvement process and drive standardization/harmonization
- Provide an efficient central system and tool landscape according to BU/CSO requirements globally
- Analyse, optimize and enhance infrastructure of global existing systems
- Set-up lean processes and ensure compliance by user-oriented communication and training
- Analyze and define business process requirements with customers, key BU stakeholders, project manager or
- product owner
- Design and implement process / responsible for change management, measure business impact
- Drives continuous process improvement and process innovation
- Provides user orientated process and relevant IT system documentation
- Experience in the successful management of complex projects, ideally in the SAP area
- Understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to analyse complex problems, develop cutting-edge solutions and bring about decisions considering the
- context
- Deep knowledge in the area of MDM Requirements Engineering, SAP Workflow, SAP Material Master Data
- Processes, SAP MDG-M, S/4 and other relevant IT systems
Experience:
- Experience in SAP material master data management, preferably in the conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4
- Experience in requirements engineering and in translating business requirements into technical specifications
