Role Description
The Production Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the operational workflow and quality of PInterview’s online services. This includes assisting in the setup and coordination of production processes related to scheduling, organizing, and monitoring live mock interview sessions. The Production Associate will help oversee digital “production lines,” ensuring resources, tools,



and sessions run smoothly and efficiently. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, coordinating with internal teams and external interviewers, tracking quality metrics, and escalating technical or operational issues as needed. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement efforts, documenting procedures, and adapting to evolving platform features and production needs.

Qualifications
- Experience in production assistance and coordination, with the ability to support end-to-end production workflows.
- Familiarity with production lines or process-driven environments, ensuring tasks are completed in a structured and timely manner.
- Basic understanding of machine operation or digital tools, including comfort working with online platforms and cloud-based systems.
